Dreamwork Connectors are tools for developing the organisational awareness and insight that enables the identification of fundamental patterns in our relationships and networks. By identifying these patterns we can become more aware of our connections to other people and understand the true nature of our relationships with them.
To use the Connectors, an individual creates or joins a Dreamwork Group with other individuals who have also completed a Dreamwork Identifier or Illuminator. The individual then chooses the other individuals who they want to connect with. The results can be viewed as a Group Connector or as an Energy Connector.
The Group Connector collects all the Identifier or Illuminator information from the participating individuals and displays it as a Dreamwork Circle that illustrates the nature of the group as a whole. This shows how the collective behaviour of the group is expressed and how it changes as different individuals are included or excluded from the group.
The Energy Connector displays a Dreamwork Circle that compares the different behavioural tendencies of each individual within the group. For example, choosing Thinking Energy will describe how all the individuals tend to think. Choosing Producing Energy will show each individual’s capacity to produce particular results.
Although the individuals are an important part of any group, the quality of the connections that they have with each other is even more important. Dreamwork Connectors provide a deep awareness of the relationships between group members and ways to ensure the development of strong and healthy connections.
Dreamwork Connectors can also be used to explore individual and collective connections with events, locations and technology.
