Dreamwork Illuminators are behavioural awareness tools that illuminate meaningful patterns in our connections with the world around us. If we have little or no awareness of what we find meaningful then it can be very challenging to create anything that has any real value in our lives. If we can find deep meaning in what we do then we can accomplish anything we want to.
To use the Illuminators, individuals describe the people, places, events and objects that they find have the greatest meaning for them. They do this by signifying the aspects that they find most significant and tagging them by using a fast and intuitive online process to store these in their individual Dreamwork account.
This can be done very quickly and easily with signifiers being tagged from text artefacts such as emails, instant messages, txts and tweets. Multimedia artefacts such as photos, mp3s and videos can also be signified and tagged and used with the text artefacts to identify meaningful patterns.
The Illuminator outcome is presented as a Dreamwork Circle with a text description of the behavioural patterns that the individual is experiencing in this particular context. The text also includes a number of contextual questions that the individual can use to deepen their awareness.
As well as being used to identify the Self, Dreamwork Illuminators can also be used to identify Persons, Places, Events and Objects. This enables an individual to understand how their unconscious awareness is reflected in the people around them, in the places where they work, the events that they experience and the technology that they use.
