Dreamwork Reflectors enable individuals to become more aware of the true nature of their relationships with other people. The Reflectors take the individual patterns that have been identified and illuminated in Identifiers and Illuminators and describe the connections between them.
These descriptions are displayed as a Dreamwork Reflector Grid and each connection is also described in a text report. There are four types of Reflectors. These are the Self:Self, the Self:Person, the Person:Self and the Person:Person.
The Self:Self Reflector describes the inner relationships between the various aspects of an individual’s identities.
The Self:Person Reflector shows how the different aspects of an individual’s identity connect to the behavioural patterns of another person, from the perspective of the individual.
The Person:Self Reflector describes how the behavioural patterns of another person connect to the different aspects of an individual’s identity, as experienced by the other person.
The Person:Person Reflector shows how the different aspects of a person’s identity connect to the behavioural patterns of a different person, from the perspective of those two people.
By becoming more aware of how their unconscious ,connections are reflected in the nature of their relationships with each other, individuals and organisations can gain great clarity of purpose in what they create.
